Couple pieces were broken, buyer claimed it was poor packaging, however, set was packed very well with double bubble wraps and doble boxed. Buyer was asking for a refunded for shipping cost which was close she paid for the set, just for couple pieces. I purchase insurance,buyer did not wanted to wait for the claim to go thru. If the pieces were broken because of poor packaging, much more pieces would arrived broken, she only received 3 broken pieces.

Wonderful product,you will buy it again and again!!
