Manufacture is of poor quality.

Manufacture is of poor quality. One basket's base was concave (pictured) and the other's width measurements were unequal. This made this basket sit uneven on the runners. I could not take a photo of this defect.

Great idea but needs work.

Different cooking technique is needed especially if one is making, for example, a stew. Cooks the food well and thoroughly. Finding it hard to clean the pots and the stainless steel remains stained. Would help if the lid on the external pot is removable for easy cleaning. The food leaks into the outside pot whilst in transit.
