  Hello! I’m sorry to hear about the cond. on arrival. Shifts can happen in transit despite secure packaging. I wish I was contacted so I could address and resolve the issue before a negative review. My friend helps with listings while I’m out of state & uses “sell one like this,” so I’ll ensure she updates any item details & notes that differ to avoid issues like this in the future.
