XT is smooth and durable.
Shimano XT cassette shifts smooth and is durable. If you power up hills, then you must have a carrier for the big sprockets. Cheap cassettes have individual large sprockets (lower gears) dig in and damage the freehub.

Lots of power very good battery life. Would recommend.
1 of 1 found this helpful Great trimmer! Trimmed the fence around my average size back yard and all my trees and still had plenty of charge left in the battery. It is very powerful. I would rate the power as similar to a mid-range gas trimmer. It is not lightweight like a corded trimmer, but very reasonable weight for its power. It is very easy to operate and control.

This guard fits my Ryobi RY40250 40-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless trimmer perfectly. Installed in seconds and seems durable.
