  Both banners arrived with the same exact stains from the shoddy printing. They offered $5 refund for both. I countered $5 for each one and they were too cheap to except. Said they couldn't see the stains in the photos. So I sent the photos again with the obvious stains outlined. Still not good enough for $5 extra bucks. Terrible customer service.

I couldn't see from your photos the defects you claimed so offered you some $$ off but otherwise would like to get the merchandise back and provide you a full refund so you are completely satisfied.   Seller is an angry seller. Sent me this message of asking when my order will ship DO NOY USE THIS SELLER ----Read this from the seller. So you just ordered this item a couple hours ago and are upset because I am just now getting to respond to you?!?! It will ship tomorrow. But would prefer you just cancel the order at this point.
