Zing ear Ze-02 inline rotary dimmer switch without nut and knob

The product is fine and works well, BUT, it comes without the nut and knob; and the nut size is different than the item being replaced. The required nut appears to be a 9/32-32 tpi nut that is IMPOSIBLE to find. I can make one, but the tap to make such a nut is $39.00 plus tax. For another nickel, the nut and knob should be included, if you can find one.
