Absolute sings in the kitchen. No really, it literally makes cheerful ringing sounds while you cut.
1 of 1 found this helpful This big ugly knife is my now my favorite cleaver. Impressively useful, it can chop for you (or, perhaps more often, slice for you) like a nakiri, or chinese vegetable cleaver, or a thinner chef knife. It is so easy to sharpen... I put like a 15 degree single-bevel on one side because why not? It doesn't slice vegetables so much now; it's more like it *edits* them. Paper thin slices of grape from this big thing. Absolutely worth the $$ and a super fun, low-stakes way to learn about carbon steel cutlery.
