Price was right but 2 out of 10 defective.
2 phones were defective, 1 had a bad cord, the other the ringer did not work and the volume on the handset was low no matter what the volume was set at.

Great decoder
This is a great decoder, easy to speed curve to match sound locomotives.

Good for total rebuild except drive axles
Has what I need to repair an existing locomotive. The drive axles are cracked rendering them useless.
