Works well
An added plus is you can move the guard out of the way and not use i if you need to.

A life saving book!
2 of 2 found this helpful I've owned the other editions of this book and always keep a current edition handy around my farm. It has saved me quite a few trips to the vet, a lot of money, has allowed me to be able to understand my vet, and ask more intelligent questions. I tell all my dog owning pals about this book.

Nice set of stairs for pets to get into a suburban
the only thing missing are end caps for the top of the rails (see photo). It would have been nice to have those to prevent the rail from scratching the car or the interior when folded for storage. I will be getting something to cover those ends before I use it.
