    seller sent the wrong type of power cord, then tried to offer me a partial refund for it. Ebay had to step in and correct his inappropriate, highly unsafe, and frankly ridiculous behavior. Avoid like the plague.

    Buyer did not read the listing properly as he needed a longer power cord. Then he blamed it on my listing. All he had to do is pay closer attention to the listing title and description. He gets a full refund and gets to keep the item for free and then leaves negative feedback.

Cannot connect it to my brand new system
Cannot get it to connect or do anything at all. This is the 2nd one I purchased and both will not work. But the manual says it works with my system and should connect to my app, but it does not.

I have installed a lot of these
Our company GMD Electronics has installed quite a few of these and they work great. It does require 2 cables run to the roof, one for power and the other one is the coax cable.
