  Items arrived damaged. Seller was not helpful in refunding my money. He even suggested I file a claim with the post office. I have turned the matter over to my credit card company and have never heard back from him. The clocks were poorly packaged. I will never buy from him again

  1st and foremost, I am sorry. I responded to every single message quickly and seeking to rectify.I requested photo documentation of damage OR. OR. stated that you could take to USPS to have them document and verify damage for insurance claim.I also chatted with ebay and saved conversation that I can send to you. Explicitly seeking to resolve the situation appropriately and fairly. Ebay told me that I had done everything that I could and they will speak with you/wait for submission.
