Elecom Japan-M-HT1DRBK Wireless Trackball Mouse,HUGE,Black,Extra Large,Tracking

Great trackball for people with large hands

I really like this trackball. The ball itself is large and moves smoothly, and I find the hand rest and buttons very ergonomic. It's worth noting that I have reasonably large hands (182cm tall guy), which seems to fit in with other people's reviews. If you're more petite then maybe it would be too big. I also like the programmable buttons, which are useful for my work, although I had to do a little digging to find the latest version of the Elecom mouse assistant to actually be able to program them. This seems to be because the trackball is not officially sold outside of Japan, so you need to go to the Japan download page to get the right version. I'm a big fan of the ball and button placement. The buttons especially fall nicely under the thumb, and have a good scroll wheel which is often lacking in other trackballs. The ball placement makes it a fore and middle finger usage, which works for me. I know there are some other people who prefer to use their ring fingers, and that's not going to work well with this product. Build quality is really good, everything is very solid and well put together. Overall I have no complaints at all, would definitely buy again.
