Great performing modem
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a great cable modem. I was quickly able to set it up over the phone with my ISP (WOW). The setup in my case consisted of providing the MAC address that's listed on the modem. Since the modem was setup the modem has been very stable and performing as expected. I haven't had to reset the modem since I had it. I purchased this also to future proof myself with the docsis 3.1DOCSIS standard and this modem supports up to 2.5Gbps speed
