Maybe, unlucky?
1 of 3 found this helpful I received my watch today that I purchased for my husband's birthday. We put it on the charger knowing most things need to be charged before they turn on. OK, that's fine until it was connected, registered and fully charged we ran into a HUGE problem! It didn't stay on or connected after removing it from the charger. I made a call to Garmin themselves to see what could be wrong, a battery, a sort or something fixable? Nope, it was defective and needed to be replaced (not fixable is what they said)! Luckily the lady worked with me and I'm having a brand new one sent to me and it will come with a warranty! I'm either the most unlucky person or I just learned a very valuable lesson! Either way, I'll never purchase refurbished on eBay again!
