Great value wood

Loud but odd

This little unit is cheap and cheerful and does what it says. It needs 4 AA batteries and would be better if it came with a DC 6V charger which you can use with it although this may put the price up a bit. It's easy to use and to fit but please note it doesn't come with the screws to fix the mount to where ever you are putting it. Here's the odd thing about this alarm though. If you hold it near an electrical switch such as a light switch it activated the alarm as you would with one of the remote controls!!! We only found this out by someone walking in the room when I had the alarm turned off and the remote control in another room. Still for the price...it's loud and it works!
