Looks nice, doesn't work, can't resolve issues. Get a SONY.

It was in original box wih add'l parts. It looked unused. Aftter hook-up and loading discs it will not play. Carousel cycles through all discs and then displays message "no disc" without playing any. Website said push PAUSE button and hold down while pressing FF button and msg "clear" will display. There are 2 FF symbols and no combination of either or both worked. Cleaned laser eye with cleaner disc, no help. Onkyo website only lists FAQ's, none with this problem, and repair centers.
