  Item came damaged with two cracks on the front of the case which I was pretty disappointed about since I’m a huge Swiftie but I communicated with the seller and they issued a 50% refund. I’m happy with the result of the issue. Friendly and communicative. I just wish the cd was packaged better with bubble wrap as well, it was just wrapped in a piece of cardboard with tape. Not the seller’s fault it was damaged in shipping but there should have been more protective packaging. Good seller. Thanks!
