  Very disappointing experience. I contacted the seller on Sunday and provided my TV’s model and serial number to confirm compatibility. He told me the item would not work for my TV, so I immediately asked him not to ship it. Despite that, he still shipped it the next day (Monday). Completely ignored my request and now I’m stuck with something I can’t use. Poor communication and zero regard for the customer’s instructions.

  What I ordered was a drone backback WITH FOAM INSERTS (which are hard to come y). What I got was a backpack WITHOUT FOAM INSERTS. I could have bought this item (without the foam) for less than half of what I paid for this. I sent the seller a msg. No reply. I sent ebay a "return" request. No reply. I sent the seller another msg saying I'm tired of waiting, and I was going to post this feedback. Next step, get my money back from my credit card company. My time is worth more than this.
