  Everything is as described. The plastic bumper is Not primed or painted. The only thing you should be aware of is that they ship it bent in the box so you have to leave it on the box for a day or two in a warm environment to regain its original shape, there are still some kinks after that. But for what it is, it is a good value. Quality is what is expected from an aftermarket bumper; you have to play a bit with the clips to fit in. Appearance is great.
