This was not the case, as two items were missing: a medium filter frame and the corresponding filter. Seller did state no filter included but, the original package had the box for one filter ticked off, I was told to also ignore that! Seller stated that he opened the box, checked the contents and sealed it back up. Seller said Rabbit Air sold me two items that I did not need. It is not uncommon to purchase items in open and/or damaged boxes. For seller to open the box to inspect the contents, seal it back up and list it as “new, no filter included”, is somewhat misleading. The unit is running and I have installed the filter/frame that Rabbit Air stated I needed.
