Verify all parts

The bumper didn't come with step pads. We installed the bumper, then realized they were missing. They would not send pads because we didn't photograph the box, the parts and the original packing before starting. I see their point, but I don't agree with it. Who would need 2 sets of pads? I think they are unreasonable and will never shop there again. A word to the wise, photograph everything. One star is one too many for a company that is unreasonable. Now it will cost me $60 or $70 to get them.
