Very effective and easy to use
The wrap holds in place very nicely and is pretty comfortable. I don't like the way the cold pack goes into the wrap around. I don't think it will hold up. I only use one cold pack so I just leave it in and put the whole thing in the freezer. I can grab and put it on in 15 seconds and go about my business. You're not supposed to ice your back for more than 20 minutes so you don't really need both packs. It fits the small of your back perfectly. I would have liked it to be a little longer to reach my hip joint, but that's not what it does. The velcro strap is soft and wide so you can put it on nice and tight and it doesn't move around, but is still comfortable. You can walk around or make a snack with it on and it will stay where you put it. It's definitely worth what I paid for it.

They work pretty well once you get the hang of it. You can take them off and move them pretty easily if you want, but I think they'll get brittle once they've been in the sun a while. I don't think they'll be reusable next season. They're so much easier than tying hundreds of pieces of string.

Exactly as advertised
The bulb and sleeve both fit the Pondmaster UV clarifier just like they were supposed to. They were packaged nice and tight so they arrived undamaged. The bulb fired right up when I plugged it in. I assume it's actually producing the amount of UV it's rated for, but I don't have any way to measure that. No problems.
