A beacon for military enthusiasts
This game is simply wonderful to play for several reasons -
1. If you enjoy chess, it allows for tactical creativity without risking the predictability of
opening moves or middle and endgame piece movements.
2. The military themed pieces can bring back childhood memories of playing the role of an
arm chair general.
3. This game when not played can be displayed as an interesting conversation piece similar
to a painting on a wall.

Excellent history of often ignored theater of World war Two.
The best pro is the various battle descriptions.
The worst con is the political back story of both dictators.
It would be a better book if it concentrated on the battles and military back stories.
