Fixed the problem

It had the right type of oil seals to stop the oil leak.

It was as expected

It's a fuel line grommet, it fit the hole in the tank and no leaks

So far it's a good deal.

Part correctly fit onto engine and once installed engine started on second pull. High speed jet was easy to adjust and engine continues to operate properly, using primer bulb will usually get engine started on one pull.
