The workmanship and value are at the top of the ladder.
I have had what I call a starter vise for many years and finally upgraded to the Montana Mongoose after much searching and reviewing. This is such a wonderful and well made vise and also made in the U.S.A. After all of my researching I decided on the Mongoose and could not be happier and the only thing I regret is that I didn't purchase this vise much sooner. It came down to three different vises and am very satisfied with my choice and it came with a carrying case, a hackle gauge and a string bobbin and all for under $190. TOP NOTCH.......

Flame dies out
When you are using this the flame will unexpectedly shut off. The diaphragm must close the gas supply off.
