Awesome thing to have.
This is a genuine 20mm Vulcan brass casing with a steel dummy projectile on it. Two slightly different metals are used to make it look it has a detonator on it for a more realistic look.

Lovely sound.
This really does sound like a ship's bell. Because it's heavy you need a really strong gust to hear it. I solved that by hanging it in a big sturdy tree that sways gently in breezes. Now I hear the the bell chiming softly whenever there's a slight wind. It's a trifle expensive for a windchime but it's worth it: This bell is all metal and I expect it to last for years and years.

Rich and dark
This lead is nice and soft and it goes onto the paper with color nearly as saturated as a marker. For coloring I like pencil better than marker because of the control I have in the depth of color. If you want bold and dark this lead will deliver.
