Yes, For your M9A3 w/ SBAL-PL...

Instead I did research, and took a chance on this Holster. Well it is PERFECT! Kinda...
My exact model Beretta is a M9A3 in Green, Model :: J92M9A3GM2, Threaded Barrel.
The fit is fine. The Level 2 "Loop" is tight, Hence I think the length of the Threaded Barrel...
Don't let this hold you back.! I did a little mod and all is well. Once again, Holster fit is fine. The Top Loop is tight with a Threaded Barrel... But your M9A3 with the SERIOUS SBAL-PL WILL FIT FINE.
In fact should work fine for any M9A3 with a Laser / Light on the lower rail..Hope this helps a person...
What you want to find is SafariLand RGR 6034-7312, and it will be Surplus...
