Cheap and only works at close range
1 of 1 found this helpful The product overall feels cheap in your hand. It only comes with one charger that you have to use to charge the remote and the collar. When I got the item the first time the collar did not work. It would only come on for 30 secs and then shut off and never come back on again without using a paperclip to turn it back on. I was able to get a new collar and this time it did work. The 1000M range is way out of specs! At best you are lucky to get more than 15 feet pointing the remote directly at the collar. If anything including a piece of paper gets between you then knock that down to about 5 feet. Proper training requires the device to work 100% of the time and be the split second that the dog is doing something wrong. Remote shuts off after 3 mins and requires you to get the button at least twice in order to make it come back on. Then hope that you are close enough to the dog that the collar actually picks it up.

Trash Keyboard
Keyboard is trash! It is not a brand name keyboard and typing on it feels weird. Space bar does not work most of time unless you really hit it hard.

Worked great
Been a while since I put it in now and still holding up. Cheap fix for dryer vs buying a brand new one. Was easy to install and it looks like the same quality that came out if not a bit better.
