Great way of getting your daily omega 3
Great value for money. The gel capsules are enteric coated so have a sort of pleasant taste to them. This also means slower digestion so I like to think of these as 'extended release' capsules. They also cause no stomach issues with me, so I imagine the enteric coating would make them a better option for those with digestive/bowel issues.
