Stuck seaglass to silver firmly

Really important book
Really fascinating and evidence based discussion on our current food/drink choices and the myths that have encouraged them. I am eating to encourage my gut bacteria (especially fermented foods and red wine!) and feeling much better for it..I am convinced the brain is effected by what you eat and hope the new evidence grows and is used by our health services …really important book and all GPs should be taught this.

Awesome at describing a personal journey with prozac
I loved this book-had read "inside Skinners Box" and loved her style of writing. I knew her own account of trying Prozac to combat OCD and depression would be interesting and it didn't disappoint. Very useful to me as currently studying mental illness and pharmacological industry and reassuring as a 'user' that I hadn't just imagined the effects.
