Best upgrade to increase speed
Bought this small SSD to replace the slow mechanical drive in an old Dell Inspiron laptop. The boot time went from a slow 1'30" to just under 45". This inexpensive upgrade was well worth it. The PNY SSD works very well.

Excellent adapter - Invaluble of Laptop work
This is a great item for cloning a drive. It easily connects a 2.5" drive to a USB port to view or recover files too. The cable even has power and activity lights on the plug. This is invaluable for working on laptop computers.

Good for the home owner
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this digital multi-meter because it has auto-ranging and audible continuity function. It seems to work fine but I have noticed that the battery test function is a little deceptive. I removed the batteries from a flashlight that had a weak light and tested them with the meter. Both batteries indicated as good with the "green" light but the voltage was 1.49 volts. After experimenting a little I found that new batteries tested show 1.55 volts and just slight less on the battery test mode, which puts a slight load on the battery. It appears that the "green" light will light even when the battery tests below 1.5 volts. The batteries with less than 1.5 volts give a weak beam of light in a flashlight. The tester's manual does not give a voltage / light correlation. Just be aware that just because the "green" light shows the battery to be okay...it may not power your device well.
