I have been taking these capsules for some time now.

I would like to think they are doing me some good ~ but who knows. I have had prostate problems for some time now. I watched a documentary and was told these capsules were connived by the NHS and they are known to have some affect regarding certain conditions. So it's a food supplement. I have brought a box of Turmeric which I add to food. The other ingredients have to be worked out as far as diet is concerned. I find these a convenient way of supplementing my body which my body needs and for that reason I think they are a brilliant idea as we can all do with body supplements which science has proved to be worthy. My only question is cost. When you could buy them for £10 now the price is nearer £20 and as you have to take 2 a day they become expensive if you are chronically ill with MS and live on benefits. Quite simply good but too expensive for me. If you work and have a high income ~ Why not they wont do you any harm if you are fit and well then why not, We all are so busy we often forget so make them part of your routine and go for it.

Quality tools from Facom

I have brought Facom tools for the past 30 years and they never fail to impress me. People say they are expensive but if you never have the right tool to do the job then you can loose time doing a job. The only downside to Facom tools is they are so good people will steal them from you.

Slim Box files

These are better than your average box files and are built to last. If you want a slim box file then these are the ones to go for. Regarding the price they are heading towards slightly expensive. So better built that the cheaper ones that have hard plastic end panels. These are constructed from high quality and extra thick card.
