I was hoping for more
Yes, I want a 12 thousand dollar lens for 1 thousand. That is probably why I am a little disappointed. Yes, it is a decent lens, but it does have it's drawbacks. I am still testing this lens out, but I wish focus would hold better when focal length is changed. I also feel that the auto focus is a little slow. I bet the newer models of this lens are faster. Pictures seem decent. I have only used this lens at f11-f22 at 300mm so I have yet to see shots on the wide end of the lens or the wide open aperture end of the lens. The pictures that I have seen are quality.
