Don't be fooled.
The knife is sharp and looks fancy, but the edge got rust and broke off after a week. Worst steel i have ever seen.

Meh
Those bands look professional only because the quality is very high.
However, they are very uncomfortable and not really effective.
Putting them on correctly is not hard but rather annoying, because the clip ends up on your biceps where the band should be and you have to move it back after you put them on.
The bands are also too long for no reason, wrapping them properly around your arm is a hassle and leaving them dangling gets tgem caught up under stuff like weighs if you dont pay attention.
Moreover, they are way too elastic and even of you stretch them hard around your arm, you barely feel any difference.
Simply put, those particular bfr bands are fancy, useless and too expensive.
