Reading through the manual is mandatory
Not very intuitive, as it trades easy and quick for small and light. I much prefer the Hero5 for its screen. Now that I have read the H5Session manual over and over, and installed the GoPro app on my iPhone, and mastered the WiFi set up, and learned what the little buttons on the app mean, and have learned when and when not to push the Target button on the top, and cetera, &c, etc. I'm now having fun! The voice control and the image stabilization lift it far out of the league of the previous Session.

Inexpensive alternative to LTM mount mirrorless cameras
I bought this merely to quickly rate my large stock of screw-mount Leica lenses. I can screw an LTM lens into the LTM>E adaptor and obtain an instant 21 Mpixel image. The camera is large, light weight, plastic, excessively complex and mostly just a cage for the software. My photography will continue to involve film, but I will have a better handle on which Leica lens has the characteristics I need for the matter at hand.

Refurbished equals like new. Great action camera.
4 of 5 found this helpful Although they were merely tossed into a box with none of the original packaging, wrapping or paraphernalia of a new camera, the "refurbishment" was evident as all components looked "as new" and had protective film on several surfaces. The battery had a charge, and with the installation of a memory card, it instantly came alive and produced photos and videos as well as a new camera. This is HERO5black number 2 for me, and I'm a big fan.
