  due to labeling mix up, received the wrong item at first. seller responded to msgs promptly and sent the correct item out within a few days. even though I said I only wanted reimbursed for sending the wrong item back, I was issued a full refund and found a gift card in my package. item was well packaged for shipping, was as described, and price was comparable to similar listings. even with the mix up, shipping was still fast.
