Have to shave off my long natural hair, now

Made my hair hard. The color toning element is on point but it leaves your hair damaged, dry, and permanently crunchy. I've done 4 deep conditioning hair masks since using this product only once and my hair is still ruined. I have multi-ethnic 3c curl hair that was relaxed and bleached. It was in surprisingly great shape but this foam sucked out whatever health/vitality I had left in my hair and now I might have to shave my head.
