Very POOR quality, VERY POOR Customer Service!!!

I have had two RCA Projection TV's.--this is the more recent model they replaced my original piece of crap with. The first one (diff model with better features) sat in a repair shop for nearly 4 months! I was 9 mos into my 1st year warranty, when it crapped out completely. 4 months of fighting with RCA and the repair shop, who, by the way had NO communication whatsoever. Neither would call the other to communicate any issues. Eventually after a ton of complaining, RCA replaced the TV with THIS model. This model did not have all the features, but I just wanted my damn tv back. Here we are 13 mos later, and the replacement has crapped out. It's not watchable, turns on & off at random, but doesnt want to turn on when YOU hit the power button. Of course, the warranty is now expired. PLEASE..I gave every benefit of the doubt that the first could have just been a lemon. Do your homework. RCA manufactures pure garbage. Their customer service can seem to say nothing but "I apologize for that", over and over and over. The company does not care about quality or customers. PLEASE dont waste your money!!!
