  Placed order on August 27, 2024. Nearly 2 months has passed. Reached out to Seller regarding delay. Somehow, the ball was dropped. OK - I understand, mistakes happen. Let's double-down and correct the mistake. Communication from vendor regarding delay did not occur until I reached out. Communication to keep me informed since then is non-existant. I still have not received the item and have no idea when it will arrive. Very Disappointed.
