There's Nothing That I know of Wrong With this part

I bought the part to fix somebody's Navigator, the existing purge valve was cracked/leaking, It shouldn't have pass a DOT inspection, but it did. So I got stuck with the part. If you see this part for sale on EBAY, It's un-opened and un-used.
