Lightweight and not rust-proof
1 of 1 found this helpful I had an Oster Santoku knife that I LOVED- the handle had cracked after many years of use and I was trying to replace it. These looked exactly the same as my old one, but they are much less substantial and flimsy. After a couple of uses, the blades started to rust. I'm so bummed!
