  This order was fully refunded in good faith, and the buyer kept the dress without returing it as required. Multiple offers were extended and the item was relisted to help the matter, but no response was received. The claim that we ignored communicated is not accurate. We strive to handle every order with care, and in this case the buyer was refunded while still in possession of the dress. We take customers very seriously and work quickly to make thing right. The buyer refused to comply.
