I like the communication that I had was concrete about tracking the shipment, showing the level professional handling items across shipment far nation. It happened that the tracking number was updated, and the buyer provided the info from the shipping facility to me. I agree that the doll is top quality made, judging by the head, hands and toes inside gave mass to more solid shape. The PVC material is more flexible and quieter than harder PVC.
