  The purchase of this was good and the product was good. The delivery of this item was a joke!!! I was home the day the delivery was scheduled. I seen on the tracking that it showed item delivered, but I didn’t receive it. I sent emails explaining I hadn’t received my package. I called my neighbors to see if the item had been delivered to their house. ( as we have had items delivered by Fed Ex, go to our neighbors home instead of ours, in the past. But no one had received anything.

  Like other reviewers have stated, this seller seems to use "something was wrong with your shipping address" as an excuse to cancel your order on a whim. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my shipping address. I guess if the price is too good to be true, it truly is too good to be true. Dishonest way to do business, especially when "free nationwide shipping" is advertised front & center. Not impressed.

  I ordered 3 tires and only received 2 tires. I filled a report with eBay immediately and seller responded but did nothing to resolve the issue when promised to solve. I had to wait 10 days to follow up with eBay and they refunded my money on the 1 missing tire. I’m sure that FedEx is the culprit but the seller puts a shipping label that is not secured and probably fell off and secondly did not follow through like promised. I ordered 1 tire from another seller.

  Tires are good. Terrible customer service. Didn't use my selected address, and I emailed within minutes. They took days to answer and wouldn't change it to what was entered on order, claiming there could be theft which had more of a chance at my house. They were not in a package and two labels came off, two tires came about a week after they were supposed to. I had a question about the warranty which said to contact them about, and they took days again and no help. Not great service at all.

  I bought these tires before and they were excellent. The second purchase got stolen by FedEx (gave 3 different stories) and I had to go through a lot to get another Ebay coupon to repurchase them since the original coupon expired. Advised Ebay to change their policy to honor coupons that have expired if items get lost/stolen and customer has to repurchase and to make it easier to access chat feature. Giga-Tires is an excellent seller. Fast shipping and good communication. Would use again.

  they were horrible. bait and switch shipping location. item never shipped but because a label was made, i couldn't cancel the order through ebay. several attempts to reach seller with no response. delivery date came and went. still never showed actually being shipped and no contact from seller. finally disputed charges with cc company and finally got an "ok, we'll cancel your order and issue a refund". horrible seller and i'll make it a point to never use again.
