    The best reviews are the one's that tell you how a seller responds when things go wrong. My item was lost in transit, I told the seller that the tracking information was not being updated and the item had not arrived when it should have. They immediately contacted me and sent a new item to me with a 24hr delivery slot, the item arrived next day as promised. Excellent company. Haven't used the torque wrench yet but looks good, was very well packed and good quality.

    Ordered Monday afternoon and arrived (very well packed) Wednesday morning. Tracking was limited to ‘it’s been sent’ and ‘it’s been delivered’ but for a single socket that’s all you would expect. It’s a good product and great service but the bonus was a really great price so five stars and would recommend.

    The aerial antenna was delivered fast in a sealed pack. When fitted I could not get a signal. On checking that the radio and transmitting station had no fault, I contacted the supplier. Without any argument they fully accepted my concerns and offered a full refund of the money. The supplier was extremely good about refunding the money as I could not prove the aerial was at fault because it had been fitted to the windscreen. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.
