Love Saxon Math!
I've used Saxon Math for 6 years across 6 grades. I'm happy with every edition. My students score highly in standardized tests every year.

Easy to plan and follow
This grammar and writing course looks like it will be easy to plan, as all I have to do is follow the daily plan in the teacher's packet. It also looks like it will be very thorough and do a great job of helping to teach my kids everything they need to know to be good speakers and writers. The text covers grammar; then every five days after the first ten lessons, the workbook adds a writing lesson to be used on test days. I'm excited to try this with my bright students, grades 4 through 6!
