Rived very quickly
Doll was in the box in perfect condition. Ordered very close to Christmas and it still got delivered in plenty of time for Christmas Eve!

Love/hate
This is my favorite hair product. My hair is grey and fine. This product makes my hair look and feel like hair instead of fuzz. BUT...I'm not sure if Calista quit making it or what, but I hate that it is so difficult to find and has gotten so expensive. If the price continues to go up, I will have to search for a substitute.

Does not work
The doll is beautiful, but I bought it because it was a “swappin’ head” doll. But the head will not come off. The button that releases the head does not work.
