Not conclusive
Did not solve the problem, so don't know if it is faulty or if there is another undiagnosed problem.

Love it!
About a pea-sized dollop is enough to wash and make hair shiny; it also smells great! I do have short hair, so someone with long hair would use more than I, but it is so concentrated it is a great value. I also like the shape of the bottle.
