Since I started using this product, I do not suffer from sinus allergies or colds ! I used to suffer from sinus colds / allergies everytime the weather changed ! I don't even have to take a dose every day, I only use it when I have some sinus drainage, I use 1 TBSP when needed, I like that it's ALL NATURAL, you can add it to your favorite juice or water & it doesn't dillute the strength,It CAN be taken with other medications with NO side effects ! This product is great for boosting the immune system !!! This product can be given to children as well, the label says for ages 2 & up, they don't recommend giving it to children under 2, not sure why, but i have given it to a grandchild, for a cold when she was 6 It helped her allergies !
