Passenger won't shut up

I'm using it in my 2005 Suburban to redo some switches I added earlier. I had to remove the passenger off switch and install my traction control off switch in its place. I had hoped to incorporate the passenger off switch because my passenger just won't shut up but the Suburban doesn't have that function.
